A charming surprise awaits you
As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by friendly hosts who shared insider tips about the area. Our two-bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The gorgeous grounds were perfect for a peaceful stroll, and the freshly baked blueberry muffins were delightful!
However, finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to the GPS leading us down isolated roads late at night, which added some stress to our journey. While the room was lovely, I found the bed a little less comfortable, though my partner had no issues with it.

Upon arrival, the warm welcome from the host set a positive tone for the stay. The Cottage Suite was thoughtfully equipped with a Keurig and wine glasses, which added a nice touch to the experience. The serene atmosphere was accompanied by beautifully maintained grounds, perfect for a relaxing stroll. However, navigating to the property after dark proved challenging due to isolated roadways, and the slight chemical smell in the bathroom upon arrival detracted from the initial impression. The limited dining options nearby were also a downside, as many places were closed during our stay.

Charming atmosphere with beautiful grounds.
Upon entering the Standard King Room, a strong, unpleasant chemical smell immediately struck me. After airing out the room, the odor persisted in the bathroom, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed was far too firm for my liking, leaving me restless throughout the night.

Staying here was a lovely experience! The highlights were definitely the homemade blueberry muffins and the cozy atmosphere of our Queen Suite. It was nice to have thoughtful touches like a goodie bag waiting for us. The inn is conveniently located near a nice restaurant, making it easy to grab a meal. Although the view outside needed some sprucing up, the overall charm of the place shines through, especially the inviting tub in the room. I appreciate the quietness and privacy as we enjoyed our stay while visiting family nearby.
